Christian Kaijser is an international entrepreneur who has started up and turned around more than 20 businesses in the United States and Sweden. He has put over a thousand individuals to work via these ventures, and through his work in the Phoenix staffing industry. Christian is a business development and operations leader with over 16 years of experience in various C-level and partner roles in such industries as Financial Staffing & Consulting, IT, Retail, Public Accounting, Healthcare and Private Equity.
Born and raised in Sweden, Christian graduated with a BA from Maryville
College in Tennessee and an MBA in International Management from the American University in Washington, D.C.
Julie Kaijser is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Career Evolutions. Julie holds a Master’s degree in International Communication from the American University, and has worked in Professional Development since 1992, when she managed Outplacement Centers for the Department of the Treasury.
Julie’s Professional Development experience spans the globe, working with professionals from the United States, throughout Scandinavia and into the Baltic regions. Hundreds of professionals, both individuals and groups, have benefited from her personalized coaching and training expertise. A professional writer and translator, Julie has owned and partnered with training and translating companies since 1994.
A Senior Recruiting Consultant, Annette Hannah’s success comes from her dedication to helping Client Executives meet their business commitments through excellence in her well-placed resources. Built upon an understanding of their business strategy and needs, Annette’s solid client relationships are matched only by her ability to locate top talent and create synergies otherwise unseen in the marketplace.
With more than 17 years hands-on experience in the healthcare technology industry in recruiting, consulting, and sales leadership roles, Annette has been recognized as a top performer for two global recruiting corporations, as well as an owner of an IT staffing firm. Based in Lexington, KY, her work experience includes Fortune 50 Corporations such as American Express, Sara Lee, and Sprint. Annette has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Maryville College in Tennessee, and holds numerous HRIS Certifications.
Paige McMahon, our Accounting Manager, brings over 10 years of bookkeeping and money management experience to Career Evolutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and has worked in both non-profit and for-profit business environments. Her own side business “Cakes by Paige” continues to add serendipity to both social and family events.
Andrew Najdovski, our Marketing Architect, develops, designs and launches all of our promotional-based media at Career Evolutions. He lives in Michigan and is currently completing his Marketing degree at Oakland University. Andrew's love of creativity leads to his passion for music, film, literature, and anything else based upon artistic idea or attention to detail.
Johanna Kaijser, Office Manager, coordinates the filming, production and distribution of Career Evolutions' E-Meet service. Johanna is a student at ASU, majoring in Business Sustainability at the W.P Carey School of business. She was born and raised in Sweden and moved to Phoenix in 2008 to gain experience and an international degree.
