Christian Kaijser is an international entrepreneur who has started up and turned around more than 20 businesses in the United States and Sweden. He has put over a thousand individuals to work via these ventures, and through his work in the Phoenix staffing industry. Christian is a business development and operations leader with over 16 years of experience in various C-level and partner roles in such industries as Financial Staffing & Consulting, IT, Retail, Public Accounting, Healthcare and Private Equity.
Born and raised in Sweden, Christian graduated with a BA from Maryville
College in Tennessee and an MBA in International Management from the American University in Washington, D.C.


Julie Kaijser is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Career Evolutions. Julie holds a Master’s degree in International Communication from the American University, and has worked in Professional Development since 1992, when she managed Outplacement Centers for the Department of the Treasury.
Julie’s Professional Development experience spans the globe, working with professionals from the United States, throughout Scandinavia and into the Baltic regions. Hundreds of professionals, both individuals and groups, have benefited from her personalized coaching and training expertise. A professional writer and translator, Julie has owned and partnered with training and translating companies since 1994.


Amy Nordstrom  Jones, our Client Services Director, brings more than fifteen years of operations & administration experience to our team.  She has worked in the professional services industry since 2000, most recently with Resources Global Professionals, where she helped launch their Phoenix practice.  Her other previous employers include Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Infirmary Health Systems and Honeywell International.  She is a customer-service driven individual who specializes in streamlining business processes and implementing technology to improve organizational efficiency.  Amy holds a BA from Otterbein College in Psychology, and a minor in Communications.


Laura Hudson, our Accounting Manager, has almost 25 years of accounting experience. Much of her corporate accounting background has been spent in the retail, technology, and hospitality industries, and in addition she owns and runs Home Tax Prep, a local tax preparation office. Laura spent 17 years in Atlanta, GA, before moving to Phoenix 8 years ago. Some of her previous employers include Hayes Microcomputer Products, The Original Honeybaked Ham Company, Sun Trust Capital Markets, Concessions International, and Resources Global Professionals. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University, as well as a current CPA license.


Kimberly Hickinbotham, our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, has worked in the Museum and Education industry since 2000, where she used her extensive knowledge of the art world to organize and install solo and group exhibitions of contemporary artists for educational purposes. Most recently she created and taught a course on business writing for graphic designers at Arizona State University. Her other previous employers include the Arizona Science Center, the Phoenix Art Museum and Collins College. She is passionate about helping individuals leverage their skills into new and exciting endeavors. Kimberly holds an MA from the University of Leicester in Museum Studies, and a BA from the University of Nevada, Las Vega in Art History.
