Christian is a Business Development Leader, Executive Recruiter & Coach, and International Entrepreneur who has started up and turned around more than 20 businesses in the United States and Sweden. He has grown and saved multiple operations, put countless professionals to work, and coached executive leaders in the seat through his more than 20 years in C-level and partner roles within Financial Staffing & Consulting, IT, Retail, Public Accounting, Healthcare and Private Equity industries. Known for his creative energy, tireless optimism, and passion for putting the right people in the right place, Christian has been a part of the success of such companies as Lexicon and CyberCom in Sweden, and Robert Half, Vaco, and now Career Evolutions in Arizona. 

Born and raised in Sweden, Christian fell in love with American Football while in Michigan as a high school exchange student. He soon returned to the States to earn his Bachelor’s Degree and play football for Maryville College in Tennessee, while at the same time formally bring the sport to Sweden. He then earned his MBA in International Management as a Summa Cum Laude from The American University in Washington, D.C. Christian is fluent in Swedish and English.

A successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Career Evolutions, Julie holds a Master’s Degree in International Communication from the American University, School of International Service. Highly trained and practiced in intercultural communications and professionalism in multicultural business environments, Julie has worked in Professional Development since 1992 when she managed Outplacement Centers for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. Her Professional Training & Development experience spans the globe, working with professionals from the United States, throughout Scandinavia and into the Baltic regions. Hundreds of professionals, both individuals and groups, have benefited from her personalized coaching and training expertise. With her expertise knowledge in Business including Accounting, Finance, and Economics she is responsible for requisition, sourcing, candidate review, pre-screen and selection, testing and assessments, interview scheduling and tracking, offer and on-boarding, as well as recruitment metrics and reporting. She is building long-lasting relationships with employers identifying their employment needs and establishing preferred skill levels and qualifications of their applicants, as well as interviewing applicants about their experience, education, training and skills.

Specialized in ZERORISK’s emotional intelligence-based pre-employment assessment program, Elina heads up all assessment testing for Career Evolutions’ clients and expertly advise client companies in their efforts to identify top talent, maximize performance, reduce turnover, and increase recruiting ROI. As a former college athlete and Arizona State University graduate Elina brings dedication, discipline, excellence, and a multi-cultural background into work. She was a diving platform finalist in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, 15 times Swedish National Champion, 2 times PAC-12 Champion, and 4 time All American. Bringing a strong HR background to her role as Recruiter at CE, Kristin has worked with and understands all the facets of the professional employment process. A master at matching talent with need, Kristin takes into consideration more than the technical requirements but also the more subtle elements of corporate culture, work environment, team atmosphere, and long-term goals. She connects effectively with candidates both on the phone and in person, and has a talent for asking the right questions to come to accurate placement conclusions.

Moving to Arizona from Oregon, Kristin got her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona and has been in the recruiting and HR industry since 2014. In her free time, Kristin loves to discover new camping territories, take snowboarding trips with friends and has an addiction for live music and festivals.

As our Recruiting Coordinator, Tom supports the team in every possible way. He sets and manages the complicated candidate interview schedule, conducts countless professional reference checks, and compiles and prepares job ad specs for posting on job boards and across social media. Not only is Tom’s work essential to CE’s recruiting team, his cool demeanor brings a calm to a highly-charged recruitment environment. His focus on quality ensures that the entire CE team meets and exceeds its goals.

A native of Seattle, Tom attended Evergreen State College in Washington prior to relocating to Phoenix. From bike racing to hiking and backpacking, Tom loves the outdoors and most every activity that comes with it.

As Project Manager, Alex, handles all back office operations at Career Evolutions and its affiliates. Trained in IT, Managerial & Financial Accounting, his knowledge has enabled him to ensure the stability and running of the overall operations. Methodical in his ability to define and organize, Alex manages vendor relations and ensures that contracts are up to date and aligned with CE’s corporate mission. He is also a hands-on manager of accounts payable, and maintains clear oversight of all back office systems, processes and procedures.

An Arizona native, Alex is a New England Patriots football fan and avid hiker and rock climber. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University.

Jennifer brings a successful sales and marketing background to her role as Marketing Coordinator. In addition to driving and managing CE’s social media presence, outreach and campaigns, she conceptualizes, builds and delivers effective corporate marketing approaches and activities. From market analysis to sales data summaries, Jennifer is always comparing internal activities with market trends to position CE where it can best serve and meet the needs of its candidates and clients. Dedicated to maintaining a consistent cross-company message, she manages projects and the creation of materials and collateral to support the mission of CE and the professionals it represents.

Debbie is a hands-on, detail-driven financial professional who has worked in Public Accounting throughout her career. A dedicated problem solver with special expertise in all areas of income tax and small business accounting, Debbie excels in financial statement preparation and all aspects surrounding income tax returns. Committed to always putting the client first, she understands taxes from every angle and deals with simple to complex issues between the taxpayer and IRS.

Moving to Arizona from New Jersey, Debbie got her Bachelor’s degree at ASU and has had her CPA for more than 20 years.
